1.2 The Purchaser means any person, firm, company or organization who is trading with SliDecor.

1.3 The products and services available through this Website (collectively, the Goods which the Purchaser buys or agrees to buy from SliDecor.

1.4 Working day means a day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or Bank/Public holiday in England or Wales.

1.5 Terms, conditions and notices mean the Terms of Service.

5.3 Goods purchased from SliDecor are solely for your own personal use. You may use them according to their intended purpose, described in the relevant section of the Website and SliDecor’s Instruction Manuals.

5.4 You are not permitted to resell the goods or services provided to you through this Website.

5.6 You may order customised image slides from SliDecor. However it is entirely your responsibility to own the property rights of all images sent to SliDecor for customisation. SliDecor will not be held responsible for any property rights claims due to the breach of relevant international law by you, the Purchaser.

5.7 SliDecor reserves the right to refuse the customisation of images and production of individual customised slides for the Purchaser at its own discretion.

5.8 The Catalogue, Product Flyers and web site are all the copyright of SliDecor and no part may be reproduced without prior permission.  

6.0 Terms of Sale

6.1 By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

6.2 When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

6.3 Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. 

6.4 In order to contract with www.slidecor.co.uk you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. SliDecor retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be SliDecor or may in some cases be a third party.

6.5 Where a contract is made with a third party SliDecor is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you.

6.6 When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

7.0 Pricing and Availability

7.1 Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

7.2 Delivery costs will be charged in addition, unless we offer free delivery of certain Services.; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

7.3 The price of the goods shall be the price currently being charged by SliDecor at the date of despatch of the goods, E. & O. E. plus delivery charges if applicable.

7.4 SliDecor reserves the right, on or at any time after the acceptance of an order, to charge the Purchaser the relevant delivery charge, or any outstanding proportion thereof, prevailing at the time of despatch of the goods, where the purchaser has not paid the relevant delivery charge for that order.

7.5 All prices are inclusive of VAT.

8.0 Terms of Payment

8.1 Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorisation being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been despatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

8.2 Payment must be made with order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8.3 SliDecor reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion.

8.4 SliDecor reserves the right to charge an administration fee, details of which are available upon request, and which may be varied from time to time, for processing dishonoured cheque and/or credit card payments, and such fee will be charged to the Purchaser together with any collection costs/court costs/legal fees incurred in obtaining payment.

9.0 Ownership of Goods

9.1 Ownership and title of any goods supplied remains with SliDecor until such time as SliDecor has received payment in cleared funds from the Purchaser of all sums of money outstanding.

10.0 Suitability

10.1 No liability is accepted for any loss or damage, however caused, resulting from the use of our products, whether for injury, profit or date loss. Every reasonable care is taken to ensure that products are suitable for the use intended and described accordingly.

11.0 Disclaimer of Liability

11.1 The material displayed on this Website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. 12.1 All possible care has been taken to ensure that every item shown in/on SliDecor's catalogue/website is accurately described. All sizes quoted in/on the catalogue/website are approximate.

12.2 SliDecor makes every effort to supply goods listed in the store, but items may be subject to deletion or substitution as and when necessary at the discretion of SliDecor.

12.3SliDecor reserves the right to offer an alternative free gift of an equivalent value in the event that the advertised item is no longer available. Qualification for free gift is based on order value excluding delivery charges.

13.0 Delivery

13.1 All delivery times quoted are intended as a guide only. Whilst SliDecor will take all reasonable steps to ensure that estimated delivery times are met, SliDecor will not accept any liability whatsoever for delays caused by events beyond our control whether from carriers or suppliers or for any consequential loss of profit as a result.

13.2 Unless otherwise required, SliDecor may hold any order(s) where an item is out of stock until all items on that order(s) are available.

13.3 SliDecor reserves the right, where payment for goods ordered has been made by cheque, to hold any such order until SliDecor has received confirmation that the cheque has been cleared and the funds paid to SliDecor, and at its discretion despatch the order only after such confirmation, which can take up to 10 working days, has been received.

13.4 SliDecor reserves the right not to deliver orders if SliDecor believes the address is not secure e.g. to a communal postal address or P.O. Box.

14.0 Linking to this Website

14.1 You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. 18.0 Invalidity

So far as possible where any clause/sub-clause or part of a clause/sub-clause can be severed to render the remaining part valid, the clause shall be interpreted accordingly. Alternatively, you agree that the clause shall be rectified and interpreted in such a way that closely resembles the original meaning of the clause /sub-clause as is permitted by law.

19.0 Return od Goods/Refunds

19.1 Goods returned for refund or credit must be received by SliDecor unopened, in its original packaging and in the original quantity as specified in/on the catalogue/website, within 15 days of receipt. SliDecor will consider the overall condition of the goods being returned when making a refund and reserves the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if they are not in suitable condition for resale at their original price. SliDecor will not be liable for any carriage or costs incurred in returning goods unless they are defective or have been sent in error.

19.2 Refund or credit can not be given on Personalised Products unless the item is defective.

19.3 SliDecor makes every effort to process refunds as quickly as possible but refunds may take up to 30 days. No liability is accepted by SliDecor for any cost or charges incurred by the Purchaser which may arise due to a delay in processing a refund.

19.4 SliDecor will not be liable for any costs or carriage incurred in returning goods. The Purchaser is responsible for all such charges.

19.5 The Company recommends that proof of despatch is obtained for any goods returned in case of loss in transit.

19.6 If you wish to cancel an order you can by e-mail or in writing.

20.0 Claims and Complaints

20.1 Claims for shortage(s) or damage must be made in writing or by e-mail and received by SliDecor within 7 days of delivery of the goods. Although every effort will be made by SliDecor to rectify shortage(s) or damaged goods we do not accept any responsibility for consequential loss of profit.
